(May 11, 2008) Lambing is finished for this season and we have had tremendous success with our ewes and lambs. The farm is well off the beaten path, but if we are outside, we always seem to have visitors! The lambs are pure entertainment for all who stop by. Some of our lambs are already sold, but Walt says this year we need to have a white sale. That's right! We've got white lambs this year. Stay tuned as we sort them out and get them ready for new homes. They will be ready to leave the farm the first week of July....get your fencing ready!

A 50% deposit is required to reserve sheep.

This is a stunning twin ram . Under that black exterior is a very beautiful soft gray thel. Of course he is of May's line. He has good confirmation, and horns. He carries moorit, black and spotting. His dam is Aowen and sire is Hamish McBean. $600.00 SOLD

May's boy
	A twin ram lamb with all of the fine features of the Icelandic breed. His dam is May, Sire is Bjorn, this boy may carry, black, gray and spotting. (Small yellow-brown spot on his fleece is a leaf, not spotting) $500.00

Athena's ram lamb
	Solid black ram lamb, well, built with large, well-set horns., this picture does not do him justice. Dam is Athena and Ram is Boramere. Will carry spotting, moorit and black. Definitely a keeper and an excellent addition to any Icelandic breeding program. $500.00 Sold

Fiber animals
	Interested in fiber animals, but not interested in the thrill of breeding and lambing? Why not purchase some wethers? They are marvelous animals, whose only work in life is to provide us with lovely fleece for all of our wool projects and to be wonderful, fluffy friends. Athena's boy
	This boy has grown so much that this picture doesn't do him justice. Walt carried him down to summer pasture a couple of days ago, but I think, in retrospect he wished he had taught him to lead with a halter! Beautiful white fleece with beginning horn buds. 	Beauty is a 2 year old black ewe out of Fern and Hamish McBean. She is a friendly, inquisitive girl who is a fair-goer and does well. Her fleece is a graying black and both Tog and Thel are soft. She easily lambed twins this year. She carries Moorit and Black. $500.00 SOLD

An Eden Lamb
	One of Eden's gorgeous triplet girls. A large, horned ewe lamb who carries spotting. She has her parent's lovely fleece and disposition. Available for $400.00 SOLD

	One of Fern's twin ewe lambs. A long-legged, well, built ewe who is fairly solidly black. Her sister is black, but gray is coming in under the black. This ewe seems to be staying black except for the tip-top of her head. Her sire is Asher. This girl will carry gray and moorit. She is available for $400.00 SOLD to Louis and Lisa, Oxford, New York

Spanky's kids
	Zoro and Silki are Spanky's twins this year. This brother/sister team has beautiful moorit markings whose fleece will spin into the most luscious oatmeal colored yarn. SOLD
